I declare that, in connection with my participation in the International Congress on Technical Diagnostics (original Polish name: Międzynarodowy Kongres Diagnostyki Technicznej), I consent to the free, multiple and indefinite recording and distribution, both within the territory of the Republic of Poland and abroad, of my image captured in photographs taken as part of the promotional and archiving activities of the Congress, on the website and through all other media/channels distributing information about the Congress. At the same time, I declare that the use of these photographs does not infringe my personal rights, and I hereby waive all existing and future claims, including any claims for remuneration against the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery, arising from the use of my image for the purposes specified above.
